Our cooking philosophy is: home made.

All of our sauce,  jam, cakes and flat bread are home made by us.

MEAT grilled ON REAL EMBERs of oak

To give the best quality to our customers we just use meat from the best farms; the way of grill such meat, in the fireplace, on real embers of oak will give you a unique gastronomic experience!

 

THE pizzeria

The dough for our pizzas, calzoni, and schiacciatine is made exclusively with our mixture of selected flours, water, yeast, oil and salt.

 

Our dough goes through 72 hours of controlled temperature raising, ensuring our pizza are always light, crispy and of the highest quality.

 

Our pizzas are cooked exlusively in our wood fired oven that gives them the autentic italian pizza flavor.

the perfect steak

takes time

Our sirloin steaks come only from selected farms.

 

After 25-30 days of ageing we cut each steak by hand and grill it at 450°C on embers of oak with only coarse salt seasoning!

Because if the meat is good,  there is no need for anything else!

OUR WINERY

Our cellar offers a wide choice of labels, from Sassicaia to Chianti Classico, from Brunello di Montalcino to Vernaccia di San Gimignano!

 

We store and serve all bottles at controlled temperature according to the wine and its characteristics.

 

Each of our dish as been paired whit a wine by our sommelier to ensure the best gastronomical experience we can offer.
