At Turbone, we believe that quality isn't optional: it's the starting point. That's why we select each cut with the same care as a goldsmith, we work only with raw materials we know and respect, and we never take shortcuts. Ever.
The oak charcoal isn't an aesthetic choice, it's a flavor choice. Slow cooking isn't a fad; it's the only way we know to do things right.

Mario and Milena lit the first fire. Giuseppe and Ilaria keep it burning every evening. It's not just a restaurant,
It is a family promise that has been renewed since 1976.
Today, Giuseppe (Chef) and Ilaria (Head Waiter) carry on the family business with the passion, professionalism, and dedication that their parents have passed on to them over the years to this work.
Thanks to excellent service and the high quality of their dishes, made only with the finest selected raw materials, they are proud to be considered one of the best grill restaurants in Tuscany and among the best meat restaurants in the Florence area, on TripAdvisor, Google and other review platforms.

As soon as you walk in, you'll find it waiting for you: La Galleria della Ciaccia, our open dry-aging cabinet where Giuseppe personally selects and ages every cut.

Six cuts always aging: Chianina PGI, Wagyu A5, certified original Kobe — and three rotating selections, premium breeds chosen one by one by Giuseppe for quality, origin and character. Every cut rests between 30 and 90 days.

We are among the 27 restaurants authorized in Italy to serve certified original Kobe beef. Not "Kobe-style" — real Kobe, with guaranteed certification of origin.

Before you sit down, we'll walk you through what's inside: the available cuts, the breeds, the days of aging. Because at our restaurant, dinner starts at the entrance.

Our cellar offers a wide selection of wines, from Sassicaia to Chianti Classico, from Brunello di Montalcino to Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Masseto, Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Solaia, Pergole Torte...
We store and serve all bottles at controlled temperatures depending on the wine and its characteristics.
