Our selected meat is cooked in the fireplace on oak embers and will give you a unique gastronomic experience! Here, in fact, meat is treated as a true work of art: it requires research, study, testing, and is displayed and served as if it were a painting.

THE GUIDUCCI FAMILY

Since 2001 Mario and Milena have realized the dream of running a family restaurant that they can leave one day to their children.

Today, Giuseppe (Chef) and Ilaria (Capo Sala) carry on the family business with the passion, professionalism and dedication that their parents have passed on to them over the years for this job.

Limited edition artist aging

You can't miss them, every Friday you will find a new maturation, for example the one with dark chocolate and rum, with Nipozzano wine, with Burbon vanilla from Madagascar, with salted butter and pink pepper, with licorice and so on...

Why Artist Aging? Because, just like a work of art, they required a creative process to make them unique and inimitable.
