Antica Trattoria del Turbone
The pizza born's like "popular" plate, composed from humble and poor ingredients, but all much healthy and is included in the so-called "Mediterranean diet".
The tradition wants that, in 1889,the pizza man Raffaele Esposito prepared it for Queen of Italy Margherita. It was flavored with mozzarella, tomato and basil, thinking next to the Italian tricolour , and dedicated to the queen.
Today, also varying according of the zones and the traditions that have been created, the pizza is in absolute one of the more diffuse plates of the world.
Our dough for the pizza comes only worked after to have endured at least 48 hours leaven, so as to obtain a digeribile and high-quality product.
All our pizza are cooked in the woodden hoven that confers they the typical taste of the good pizza.
